Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria, Australia and any Courts which may hear appeals from those Courts.
Payments
Full prepayment of all Courses/Classes/Packages/Material are required and no exceptions will be entered into. Once payment has been received by The Beet Retreat, refunds will NOT be granted if:
- An accommodation type booking is cancelled within 7 full days of arrival unless exceptional circumstances exist.
- 50% of booking payment will be retained if booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival unless exceptional circumstances exist or the same dates are re-booked by another party.
- All bookings that are cancelled, regardless of lead in time, will be subject to a deduction of the Stripe or Paypal fee that occurs at the time of the initial booking. Payments made by direct transfer will be subject to a $10 flat admin fee.
- Cooking Class bookings are non-refundable without 3 days prior notice
- Any date change that occurs within 2 weeks of arrival or class is subject to a $50 or $25 (respectively) admin fee. Only one change of dates per booking is permitted unless exceptional circumstances exist.
- All vouchers have a 12 month expiry. All credit granted has a 12 month expiry.
